Our dining program has been designed with you in mind. Flexibility, varied hours and a choice of dining locations will all enable you to find the perfect place at the perfect time. Please refer to our dining schedule when planning your meals.
 Market Square is the all you care to eat facility on campus. It occupies the south wing of the second floor of the University Union and is the largest dining location on campus. We have 7 stations that offer varying menus that change from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner. Each location will offer vegetarian options
and dessert at every meal.

Around Campus
 1873 is on the first floor of the University Union. It is our feature restaurant that embodies the fusion of old world and contemporary styles, both in its ambiance and in the menu. Open for lunch, dinner and late night, the menu has a wide variety of items and change by day part. This fusion of styles offers savory dishes like home made pot pies, stews and steaks as well as more contemporary salads, fish and chicken dishes.

 The Corner Store is located on the first floor of the University Union and will be one of our 24 hour venues. It will carry a limited line of grocery and sundry items along with snacks, bottled beverages, freshly packaged salads and sandwiches from Smart Market and a Starbuck Coffee Kiosk.

 Pond St. Grill - The Pond St. Grill is located in the Worth Hills area of campus. The Lunch Menu has a variety of made-to-order grill items available and the Dinner Menu includes everything from a 10-ounce Strip Steak to the Pond St. Salad. We’ve also expanded our menu to include daily specials and 16-inch pizzas that are made to order.

 Sub Connection - Sub Connection is located on the first floor of the Sarah and Steve Smith Entrepreneur’s Hall. Our menu has been expanded from hot and cold made-to-order sub sandwiches to include a coffee station, Sub Connection Express sandwiches for those on the run, and sushi. All our sandwiches are made with low-fat deli meats and freshly baked breads. Bottled drinks and chips are also available.

 Bistro Burnett - If you need coffee, pastries, or fruit and you’re in the Library, Bistro Burnett is a sure choice. Located in the Mary Couts Burnett Library, this coffee stop offers 24 hour service, five days a week to match a variety of study schedules, including late night sessions.

 NRG - NRG is located in the University Recreation Center and now allows you to combine your workout with a bite to eat. Our offerings include a coffee bar, Freshens Smoothies and ice cream from Freshens Farms Ice Creamery, prepackaged salads and sandwiches from Smart Market, and fresh fruits and pastry products.
